Refund Policy

We try to offer a flexible refund policy to our customers. Due to the digital nature of the product, we ask that customers carefully go through the documentation and have a firm grasp of its capabilities. We offer dedicated email support and if you have any doubts or would like to get in touch prior to making a purchase, please contact us via email or via the Contact page.

The product uses the same features of Oxygen and of Automatic.CSS. We have no other dependencies besides these. For this reason, we take no responsibility if there are conflicts with third party products.

If you’d still like to request a refund, you must first fulfil certain criteria and request a refund within 7 days of purchase to be considered.

We grant refunds if:

• The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying what we described to be its details, or broken and we are not able provide a solution.
• Account fraud has been detected.

We do not grant refunds if:

• If you opened any dispute before telling our support team about your problem.
• If you are not able to configure or use the product for lack of skill.
• You’ve changed your mind about the purchase.
• You’ve chosen not to use the product anymore.
• You’re unable to use the product as a result of not having owned both Oxygen Builder and Automatic.CSS.
